Positive: Great location, Off the high street with a Sainsbury 1 min away. The owners were helpful and provided everything we could possibly need and more. They even had a book with instructions for using things, where to find things, restaurant menus etc. Very clean and lovely area!

Positive: Location is spot on - private secure parking in a courtyard round the back of the property, and a small alleyway pops out on the high street right near Sainsburys. The alley is secured with a codelock gate as well so it's all really safe. The property is lovely - cute little cottage, beautifully furnished with comfy beds, a powerful hot shower, decent wifi, nice little kitchen...it's perfect for a weekend or longer in Yarm! The host is so helpful and sent instructions and details about everything right before we arrived. We had a great time (2 adults, 3 kids) and all of us will definitely be staying here again when we next come to Yarm

Negative: Nothing! If i was being really picky, then additional proper sockets in the bedrooms would be good instead of everything being run off one / two sockets with multiple extension leads, and a second coat of paint in the bathroom to finish the decs, but that's all

Positive: The cottage is absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. In a wonderful setting.in a very quiet location just steps from the High Street with all of the wonderful shops, restaurants and pubs. It is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and very cozy. Incredibly clean and comfortable. The property owner, helen, who we corresponded with electronically could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we visit yarm and give this property our highest recommendation, without hesitation!

Negative: Absolutely no complaints or suggestions. Was perfect for our stay!
