Positive: The house is in a great location - very central. It is clean and cosy with a variety of games to play! The hosts went out of their way to make one of the guests feel special on their birthday and couldn't have been more helpful. Parking is close by and very convenient. Besides exploring the town of Yarm, we visited the Hanging Stones Andy Goldsworthy walk (which must be booked well in advance) and drove to Saltburn and Runswick Bay. Yarm has lots of lovely Independent shops and restaurants so is a great place to visit.
