Positive: The location was perfect for some business i was doing in Folkestone. Everything about the whole place was fine, there wasnt anything you could dislike about it, every thing was there that we wanted for our stay.

Negative: There wasnt anything we disliked about the property, if we can back to the area id try and book again.

Summary: The accomodation was perfect, just what we wanted.

Positive: 39 The Meadows was lovely, beautifully clean, and had absolutely everything I needed. I came away for a quiet break on my own, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The caravan is situated next to a little pond with ducks, which was lovely, and I enjoyed several nice walks by the sea, along to Dymchurch. The host was there if I needed any help, and I truly do hope to come again. Thank you so much!

Positive: The caravan was exceptional very clean, lovely little extras, excellent communication with Nick position on site, couldn't be better ,it was lovely, right opposite the duck pond, supermarket had everything needed, Neptune did lovely reasonable meals. Considering it was the Waster holiday ,it was quite quiet ,peaceful & relaxing. Thank you Nick,we can't wait to return..🤞🤞soon I hope 😉.

Positive: Everything! Honestly the best equipped holiday home I've ever been staying in. You've got EVERYTHING you need inside and more. Plenty of bathroom towels, kitchen towels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, milk and extras in the fridge. Super comfortable beds, and 2 single beds in the small bedroom are NORMAL size! Not the tiny half/beds you usually get in this type of house. Location-perfect, duck pond opposite, and you have no idea how entertaining duck life can be!

Negative: Only one little thing. And it is usual for this kind of accommodation. But taking how great equipped the house is, I'd love to have some more toilet paper!
