Positive: Susan is an amazing host! She made sure we felt like a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property is beautifully maintained, with clean, and comfortable rooms. The location of the property was perfect and easily accessible to all the major tourist attractions and closer to the railway station. The house boasts a traditional charm, that added a classic delightful touch. One of the highlights of our stay was food. We had the best home-made delicacies of Kerala, especially the non-vegetarian dishes. Coming from outside Kerala, we didn’t have any itinerary, and Susan helped us out in planning our day and arranging the commute as well which was a great relief and worked out perfectly for us. She also gave us some local shopping tips and suggested beautiful, lesser-known places which we would have missed otherwise. We were a family of 9 and she was very kind to attend to all our needs throughout our stay. She was thoughtful to even pack us food for our return journey. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel home. She and her team truly made our trip memorable, and we are incredibly grateful for her kindness and support. You don’t have to think twice before booking your stay here!

Positive: We loved Mayflower villa. Our room was big and clean with plenty of hot water. The villa is in excellent location, everything you need is short ride away by tuk tuk. The heart of this villa is the owner Susan. She is the perfect host who knows how to take care of quests and responds quickly and with great attention. She helped us arrange shikhara boat tour and gave us idea about which beach to visit. She also arranged car service for our next destination. We had a really nice time. Susan also made us delicious breakfasts and dinner. It was unforgetable. We really recommend this place if you want to experience real Kerala hospitality.

Positive: 10/10 recommend! This is such a beautiful homestay. Susan made us feel at home and cooked the best food for us. She helped us with organizing tours and taxi drives. She even made us sandwiches for our drive to Kochi. A very warm-hearted and funny persond. Also, the rooms are very clean, with AC and good wifi - everything just perfect!! :)

Positive: We had a very good stay at Mayflower villa. The family room was spacious. Cleanliness was top notch. The host, Susan was extremely caring and guided us well for sightseeing and also took special care of our kids meals. We had our meals there and they were yummy authentic Kerala dishes. Definitely recommend staying at Mayflower Villa.

Positive: Everything about the place was good. Breakfast was delicious. We went on morning boat ride for which Susan aunty packed sandwiches and fruits for kids which was sweet. She is an awesome host. Rooms were clean and the property is a 96 year old house which is neatly maintained.

Negative: Everything was top notch. No complaints!

Positive: Susan and family were very hospitable and welcoming. Susan is an attentive and caring host while at the same time, gave us space and privacy. Susan cooked lovely breakfast and delicious fruit juice. It was a great place for my husband to recover from his illness. We paid and left the other placed we booked earlier because the bed was rock hard and the bedding & room looked unclean, especially the bathroom! As the saying goes, you get what you paid for. .
