Positive: It's not really a hotel, but more a homestay type of property. The building is very traditional; there are only a few rooms and the night we were there we were the only guests. The breakfast was excellent. The host is the embodiment of helpfulness and we really felt as if we were staying in someone's home, rather than a guesthouse.

Negative: If you are looking for a beach stay, the nearby beach is dominated by a flyover (which I appreciate is not the fault of the property!); we were just passing through the area so it didn't affect us.

Positive: Serenity and quaint. It was absolutely relaxing. We, a family of three with four year old kid, stayed for two nights. The room was clean with all amenities, and coffee and tea just outside the room. The breakfast was homemade, freshly by local cook. The host was courteous.

Positive: Very old world charm, very courteous owner n staff, wonderful breakfast.

Negative: The room was too basic for the place, there was too much dust n grime. The place needs a thorough cleaning as the bathroom was not very clean, dust everywhere .
