Positive: Conveniently located. Walking distance to Main Street and eateries. Right next to historic Rapids Lodge and Restaurant on the river, where we had an excellent dinner. Very quiet location and comfortable accommodations. Clean and well maintained.

Positive: The location was perfect, away from the noise but close to the lake. The unit was wonderful and the bed was so comfortable that we're getting the exact same mattress. There is a bunch of space in the unit with a couch and side table to do a bit of work, and a coffee station with coffee and filters! It also had coffee cups (both ceramic and to-go) and plates and utensils. The bathroom was large with a good shower. The windows open on 3 sides so it cooled off nice once we got in there and the blinds were a new. Special thanks to the person who answered the phone and helped us find the place in the dark. No problems with the self-check-in.

Negative: The windows themselves are not up to par with the rest of the place, but it seems like they're working on them.

Summary: Lovely stay at a quiet, very comfortable unit within walking distance to everything.

Positive: Very comfortable cabin but it would have been nice to have additional body wash and include lotion.

Negative: The outside lock/doorknob was loosened and there are planks on the walk up that are loose.

Summary: Great stay-just those minor things should be taken care of.

Positive: This is a great little cabin in a great location off the mainstreet in Grand Lake. Close enough to walk to everything. Cabin was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

Positive: We loved that this was a stand-alone cabin. Grills were available for use outside with patio table and chairs. The cabin has been remodeled and was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Negative: It shares parking with another lodge and restaurant. The restaurant stays busy throughout the day and evening. Parking could be a challenge during peak dining hours. It would have been nice for cabin guest designated parking signs.

Negative: Coffee maker broken and not replaced or fixed despite empty rooms on both sides of us despite our suggestion. No instructions on heaters or hot water heater. Heater by bed did not work.
