Positive: Loved the views and being right on the lake. We launched our sups on the lodge’s beach. Dinner in the lodge was excellent!

Summary: Very nice place for a fall paddle and hike.

Positive: Quaint and in the mode of Adirondack history. Where restaurants were hard to find, the restaurant was wonderful and delicious.

Negative: no reading light and room entry was very dark

Positive: Strategic location between Blue Mountain Lake and Long Lake (but very close to Long Lake), old-fashioned lodge downstairs but up-to-date rooms on the second floor with great mattresses. Beautiful porch above the lake, even when it's raining, but nice sunsets when it is not.

Negative: Nothing - all good.

Summary: Lodge that is easy to get to but away from bustle of Blue Mountain Lake and Long Lake hamlets
