Positive: Great little spot with a beautiful lake view. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. David gave us a warm welcome and several helpful recommendations for things to do and see during our stay, and Daniela was always warm and friendly when we saw her on the property. This is a great place to stay, and we'd book a room here again in a heartbeat.

Positive: Fabulous owners who care about guests. Amazing view from room. Loons calling to each other.

Negative: Trivial - Shampoo provided, but not the best. Just bring your own.

Summary: Amazing place, friendly people- both hosts and other guests as well. Incredible view off porch attached to room.

Positive: The motel is a mere 60 feet from the lake with outstanding views from the room. Each room has a screened porch that overlooks the lake. Perfect for morning coffee or to enjoy sunsets in the evening.

Positive: I booked a room with two full beds (room 7) and it was like a NYC apartment. It had a kitchen with pans and utensils to cook, a stove, a dishwasher, mugs and glasses. The lake view from the huge deck was amazing. The owners were accommodating, helpful and all around pleasant people. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Negative: The only drawback was that the room was a little warm. The a/c didn’t seem to be working and could use a ceiling fan. There was a fan in the room that we used and we left the door to the deck open for extra air.

Summary: Wonderful vacation spot.
