Positive: The location is great and makes getting around and doing stuff so easy. The bar and restaurant look amazing, but I did not get a chance to utilize either.

Negative: The room had a very weird layout that made attempting to watch tv or getting comfortable difficult.

Positive: The location of the hotel was perfect. Close to canal city, the old town. A lot of shops and restaurants just right outside the hotel. A large lounge space, free amenities bar and wonderful staff.

Negative: The bathroom, the zink was broken.

Positive: This is a great base to explore Fukuoka. The staff were great when we checked in and allowed me to practice my japanese with them. The room was comfortable with good amenities. There is a great hotel bar that's very stylish and offers free beer between 5.30 and 6.30pm - this also includes lemon sours and highballs. We would definitely use this hotel again!

Negative: No air conditioning in the room wasn't ideal but we were able to rent a fan at no charge. The rooms are also a little small, however at the price you can't complain! I think we would go for a bigger room on our return visit.
