Positive: I literally booked same day. That was awesome after getting scammed by another property. Loved the mini onsen, all the amenities, and the cabin size was perfect.

Negative: I think the bed could be improved by a pillow topper, but I think most hotel beds aren’t super soft.

Summary: Same day booking saved me after getting scammed!

Positive: Everything was quite good!!! It was easily accessible to subway station and Hakata as well. Cleaning and facilities were excellent. Especially all staff was absolutely kind and helpful all the time. Only the thing i'd like to say is "Guests's good manners will definitely make all staff smile". Thank you for all kindness!!! ^^

Positive: Cool experience if you haven't stayed in a capsule hotel before. Spa is a bonus.

Positive: FC Hakata can be accessed directly from exit 4 of Nakasu-Kawabata Station (中洲川端). No need to go outside on the streets. Location is wonderful and very convenient for travelers even with big suitcases.

Negative: Many people smoke on the curbside right outside of one of the exits (of the whole building) on the 1st floor.

Summary: Great location. All amenities necessary are provided.
