Positive: The apartment is fantastic! Large, well equipped, big comfortable beds. Kitchen was equipped with some breakfast staples. Bathrooms were large, modern luxury. Very convenient access to walk downtown. Apartment manager gave a call to ensure things were going well, very pleasant.

Negative: The only very minor negative was the need to keep a paid parking sticker in the car window.

Summary: Terrific apartment!

Positive: I arranged the accommodation for my mother and her two sisters.. the feedback they gave for the property was excellent. They very much enjoyed their stay and were grateful for the extra space especially when it was snowing.

Negative: Having to strip the beds down and put all the rubbish out..surely at a premium price the agents charge this would have been taken care off..

Positive: Carol was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay! She took care of the issue when we had problems figuring out paid parking machines that wouldn’t take our credit cards. She also quickly replaced the electric tea pot when I broke the one in the house. She was great. The house was great! All the little touches, the food basket, eggs, milk, oj, coffee, automatic night lights, the amazing garden room. It was perfect. Thank you!!!

Positive: Large bedrooms with comfortable beds, two great bathrooms, large living room with spectacular gas fire, excellent sunroom, well-equipped kitchen, easy walk to town and tourist attractions.

Negative: Internet service was intermittent and for our last evening there absent completely. But property manager was responsive on a different issue and I imagine will sort this issue out quickly.
