Positive: Staff were amazing, friendly and always willing to assist when asked, it dose need some more upkeep - but overall an amazing stay.

Negative: I had to cut my trip short a day due to flight changes (Middle East conflict) however when I tried to change my booking for one day less - I was told I needed to pay more, so I just left a day early.

Summary: Amazing - don’t let it get outdated anymore….

Positive: The private pool suite we had was unbelievable ! This place is top notch, staff are very attentive, breakfast very nice. Probably the best room/suite we’ve ever stayed in. So much thought has been put into this magical, almost mysterious place. A must stay in Koh Samui. We will be back without doubt!

Negative: Only slight niggle - advertised as adults only but children were staying.

Negative: The bed located on a stage , And it was very hard to get in to and out of the bed , For and for my wife. We are over 60 years old

Positive: The staff's willingness to handle and immediately resolve any request and need. The concept and cleanliness of the public areas. The breakfast and its variety.

Negative: The bedrooms, and especially the bed access to it, are not comfortable for all ages& danger at night. The softness of the mattress does not allow for good quality sleep. There is noise until the wee hours of the morning from music nearby. Jacuzzi with cold water! Chairs in the living room without pillows. These things should be paid attention to in order to make the stay perfect.
