Summary: Absolutely amazing. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The amenities are great. We had the deluxe-room with pool-access and it was fantastic. The breakfast is very good, a huge selection of different cold/warm alternatives as well as choices from an a’la cart menu. Poolarea is great and you will be served ice-water throughout the whole day. There are two poolareas, the bigger one where kids can swim and a smaller one which is adults only. You will also find other areas close to the beach where you can lay out in the sun and enjoy the ocean. The area outside the hotel is typical for any other place in Thailand - broken pavement, massage places, bars, restaurants, construction sites, stray dogs and trash here and there. Nothing out of the ordinary and nothing that in any way impacts on our stay. Although it could be good to know that it is quite a long walk from Central Festival Mall. We took a taxi from the hotel. The only negative was that it was damp in the room so nothing ever dried up. Even the bedsheets had that ”not-completely-dry” feeling to them. Nothing dried up outside either due to the humidity. Seems like a non-issue considering everything else was absolutely terrific! We loved our stay and absolutely recommend Centara Reserve - we will for sure come back if we go back to Koh Samui again.

Summary: Everything is spotless, and the staff is incredibly sweet. There are fun daily surprises that aren’t advertised, and the gym is excellent. The pools are serene as well. They have thought of every detail except reminding me to put more sunscreen on my white pasty body. I highly recommend this place. I will be back for sure.

Summary: The staff were amazing, the resort itself was immaculate and I don't think you can find better on the island. Hands down, best hotel stay I have ever enjoyed. You don't know what good service looks like until you stay a few days at this hotel.
