Positive: It was like a home away from home! Just what I needed. It was a very easy and safe walk to Old Kent Road bus stops which gave me access to lots of direct (and cheap) buses. There were movies available to relax with in my down time, kitchen to cook in, supermarkets close by, (Lidl) was right near the bus stop, there was a lime e bike parking station right near the blocks of units, if you are a Parkrun fanatic - Southwark and Burgess are walking distance. The washing machine and dryer were extremely appreciated. Everything was clean and pleasantly furnished. Lots of space to unpack too. The other residents were barely seen or heard. All the tourist stuff could be accessed in an hour or less of public transport and the occasional Uber didn’t break the bank!! Highly recommend for singles or couples wanting to stay near London without the massive price tag for hotels etc.

Negative: Nothing. It was perfect.

Summary: Genuinely comfortable and really decent unit in a safe and convenient area for anyone visiting London!

Positive: Loved the location and how easy it was to check in. Very comfy space, nice and cozy.

Negative: Unfortunately, some of the facilities were very disappointing. The shower was quite cold, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property fell well below expectations. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed fingerprints on the mirror, stains on the glass door, and a drink spillage on the side of the table. The kitchen was also not properly cleaned—there was food on the floor, leftover food in the fridge, and the oven was dirty and grimy. To add to the disappointment, the side of the bath appeared very poorly maintained, with what I believe to be rust—something that was not visible in the photos. Overall, it was an unpleasant first impression and not what I expected based on the listing and for the price

Positive: Impressive service levels. Most welcoming and helpful, couldn't do enough to make sure you enjoyed your stay. The apartment was warm and clean with everything you require for your stay. Overall I found my stay an excellent experience and great value for money. Will definitely be back.
