Positive: Tasteful decor, very functional spaces, extreme cleanliness nice balcony view

Negative: It was awful, difficult and costly to communicate with the far away "City Guest" customer support. The boiler was broken and there was absolutely No Heating in a very damp, cold apartment!!!!!!! I had to bring in my own air-heaters!!!! They should give me a refund discount

Summary: The communication was dreadful and spoiled my stay.

Positive: The property is neighbourhood is clean, and the building itself as well is modern. The two sided balcony is great for sit out relaxation, at that height with good views of London. Its close proximity to shops on the high street, restaurants and train stations, and bus transportation, makes it a good choice of apartment.

Negative: The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was no working water kettle, no Microwave and kitchen utensils was not up to date, especially sizeable cooking pots. We later got to understand that the apartment is not fitted with a microwave, but just oven. And whereas the host promised to sort out the water kettle, but it wasn't attended to until we left. Apartment wasn't very clean, with a smell of pet all over the living room, especially the sofa. we had to was the sofa covers to manage the smell and stains.

Summary: I had a memorable stay, even though the apartment could do with improved customer care & amenities.

Positive: The flat is very very nice and located in a nice position, close to supermarkets, restaurants and take aways. A very big Sainsbury is close to the apartment and both the overground and the bus stops are just around the corner. There is plenty of space in the apartment (very well equipped) and there are sugar, salt, tea, spices and other usefull things in the kitchen . In the bathroom there is a gift kit with soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The views from the terrace are stunning!

Negative: A coffee machine and a microwave would be an added value to the apartment. I would put some cling film and foil in the kitchen and I would take more care cleaning inside the drawers and cupbords

Summary: Only one word: perfect!

Positive: The proximity to the station was ideal and also a cheap Uber to central London if you prefer that route. So many options for food and next door to a big Sainsbury so everything you need was close. The rooftop view was a highlight of the space, it was so nice to be able to sit outside even though it was winter. That flat was incredibly quiet and private and I would stay again.

Negative: The area to get the keys was full of rubbish and was difficult to access at first. Some of the plates in the cupboard weren’t very clean and there didn’t seem to be a way to buzz up anyone for deliveries, which wasn’t a dealbreaker but would have been convenient.

Summary: Great stay in south east London in modern comfortable flat that I would definitely book in again.

Positive: Clean, well presented and homely. The bed was particularly comfortable and large. Facilities in the apartment were good. The kitchen was well resourced and there were some herbs, spices teabags etc.

Negative: I didn’t like where the key safe particularly as it was dark when I arrived. It was behind the bins with litter strewn around the area

Summary: Very enjoyable, comfortable and a great location with good transport links.
