Positive: The size of the property is amazing and all the rooms are spacious and well equipped. A great location too being only minutes walk from the local shops and takeaways (Chinese, Domino’s Pizza, Peri Peri Chicken and a pub that serves food. Also the train station is only a 5 minute or less walk that has 1 stop direct to Birmingham Central.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Perfect for all of our needs.

Positive: One of the best contractor houses we've ever stayed at in Marston. The number of bathrooms made it great for a work group. Everything was well maintained, lots of space and great features throughout.

Negative: Nothing. Genuinely impressive property.

Negative: Bathroom on master bedroom could do with a deeper clean several long hairs on bathroom floor and shower. Also a suggestion a bigger house number on the entrance to make it easier to see from road

Positive: A great kitchen, eating space and living room

Negative: Some of the smaller facilities were not ideal. Mismatched and random mugs/tumblers, no additional refuse bags. The upstairs bathroom was a little dirty (seal on shower screen for instance). The bed linen was scratchy with no buttons to keep the duvets in their covers.

Positive: Beautiful spacious house, very clean and comfortable. Far exceeded our expectations. Great communication from the hosts.

Negative: If I'm being picky, it would have been great to have a coffee machine and more towels (including tea towels). The lock box for keys was a little tricky to operate.

Positive: It was a spacious property, especially for our family of 4. It was great to have off-street parking. Being close to the train station was very useful for us, as well. Large garden. Plenty of bathrooms/toilets available. We loved having a T.V. in each room, including the kitchen. Nice decor. Other than the points below, it has the potential to be excellent.

Negative: Cleanliness is important, and sadly, the property wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were cobwebs/spiderwebs in various corners around the house, used juice carton in bin area creating a smell, empty water bottle and stained rug in living room. There could have been more utensils/mugs etc in the kitchen. Ironically, the laundry area was dirty/dusty/full of webs. Finally, we had to navigate overgrown foliage to get to/from the front door. It's a shame.

Summary: Potentially excellent.
