Positive: The hosts were so helpful. We added guests halfway through the stay and they were super accommodating. The place was very comfortable and clean. A great location for NEC. Easy parking and access to the property. Great living room with a massive dining table which was great for playing games in the evening. All bedrooms were great sizes.

Negative: There wasn't much in the kitchen. So if you are wanting to cook for 6-10 people then maybe bring bits with you. There wasn't any really big pots and pans and not quite enough cutlery. But have mentioned this on their review form so hopefully that can be amended. We would still love to stay again if going to the NEC again.

The shortstay team was responsive & incredibly helpful and attentive, and ensuring that all my needs were met. One of the highlights for me was the gated secure parking, which provided peace of mind during my stay. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!
