Summary: The carpet was very old, it was holed in parts and certain sections had come loose. The room had a strange smell that we couldn't get rid of even with the window open for the duration of our stay.

Summary: I called to ask when i had to be there to get evening meal as i was running late, i was told 8.15, on arrival at 8pm i was told the kitchen was closed. Night 2, Curry was dreadful, had better from a Tesco meal deal. No WIFI so couldn't work, wont be back

Summary: Stayed for 2 nights, arriving Friday early evening, was advised WiFi not working but should be fixed within a couple of hours, checked Saturday morning, still not working, had to leave hotel and head into town to get WiFi so i could complete my work, stayed out from 9am-9pm. Checked out earlier than we planned to on Sunday due to the above. When checking out, there was no one at reception, waited 5 mins, leisure attendant advised someone on way, girl from bar area advised someone on way, no one came, so left key at reception and walked out. Never used restaurant due to being out because of WiFi situation, used pool area Sunday early morning, all was good there. Huge potholes in overspill car park entrance, hard to avoid.

Summary: No wifi throughout the whole stay which is not good enough in today's world. Staff claimed it was getting sorted but no sign of that. Restaurant ran out of multiple items from the menu despite not being particularly busy. Restaurant staff were very pleasant although food was average and slow to arrive.

Summary: Stayed for one night to attend concert at slessor gardens. Lovely comfy room, spotlessly clean. Enjoyed a swim/ sauna in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Booked a few months ago when parking was advertised as free now it’s not but was not told of this beforehand reception always seemed busy mould on bath but apart from that room clean comfortable housekeeping chap the door early even on check out day when they know you will be leaving anyway to get in

Summary: The staff execellent. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful. We also spoke to a waiter and he was trying hard to give us a good service. The room was very clean and it was helpful to be given complimentary bottles of water as the weather was hot. The beds were very comfy. I was disappointed that there is now a parking charge. I did not pay a parking charge last year and felt this was a plus point.

Summary: Asked several times for a fan and wasn’t given one despite being told one would be taken along several times. Restaurant poor quality food and I was served still frozen food for a starter. Overall customer service is lacking and there was a dirty cloth smell in the corridors. Bedding quality is poor with very soft pillows. This hotel is the same cost as many other better ones in Dundee.
