The Lake House on Hayden is a luxury vacation property in beautiful Northern Idaho. Luxurious and spacious, it is a fully furnished home situated in the most beautiful of settings. Perfect for family vacations and reunions! The Lake House rests right on the lake, with 2100 square feet of living space, multiple view decks, a large private dock, and all the comforts of a 5-star hotel! Enjoy the breathtaking territorial views while being just steps away from the water. Warm sunshine, incredible mountain air, views, and endless fun on the water is what you’ll experience at the Lake House on Hayden.
A newer vacation home, the Lake House on Hayden combines the elegance of the city, a gourmet kitchen, stainless appliances, washer/dryer, flat screen TVs with Satellite service, DVD and CD players, and a built-in speaker system throughout the house, granite, slate, and hardwood floors with all the comforts of a Lakeside Cabin, a private dock, view decks, fire pit, a gas grill, and a kid's 'triple-decker' bunk bed room. Add to that central heating and air conditioning, an ample supply of linens and towels, peace and serenity, and views, views, views!
The living room’s focal point is the cathedral wood ceiling, sweeping views of the lake, and a beautiful stone fireplace...which you can turn on with the flick of a switch. Add to that a flat screen TV, DVD player, leather recliners and French doors that take you out to the upper deck, the gas grill, a breakfast table, and views, views, views!
The upstairs Master suite includes plush wall to wall carpeting, a cathedral wood ceiling, and King-size bed. You’ll wake up to gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. The attached Master bathroom boasts a HUGE walk-in slate shower with multiple shower heads and built-in bench. Heated floors and a built-in speaker system make you feel like you’re at a luxury hotel.
Downstairs you’ll find another Master suite with Queen bed, attached full bath with shower and tub, and the Lake House’s famous 'Kid’s Bunk Room' with a triple-decker bunk bed, and a twin over full bunk bed perfect for large families! Add to the downstairs a media room with TV, DVD and plenty of space for games, and your kids will be in heaven! Also downstairs are full laundry facilities and an office (although you certainly won’t want to work on this vacation!)
Outside you have over 50 feet of secluded private waterfront, a huge boat dock, and two decks that over look it all. Just minutes from a public boat launch, you can bring your boat for all the fun of water sports or fishing, or rent one from the local marina (Tobler's). You’ll fall in love with the great outdoors at this house...with its views from the upper and lower deck, stairs to the private dock, a fire pit, gas grill, and beautiful sunrises! At night, make sure you take in the amazing display of stars in the night sky! During the day, south-eastern exposure means you’ll get plenty of sunshine...while still being close enough to whip up a cool drink in the kitchen.

Summary: This was a vacation for the books. We loved everything about this house. If we needed or wanted it, it was there. Comfy beds. Lucious bath towels. Perfect details through out. Amazing decks and outdoor space to enjoy with our friends and family. The dock was stocked with comfy chairs paddle boards and kayaks. We liked it so much we didn’t want to leave, so we booked an extra night. Alan is so great to communicate with, quick to respond. We will for sure be back.

Summary: House was beautiful! Kitchen fully stocked! Extra linens in the cabinets, along with stocked towels and beach towels. Outdoor patio was a plus with a large dining table and both gas and wood fire pit! Only downside was there was no yard for my kids to run around and play catch. But they did have fun on the paddle boards provided by the host. Also very steep driveway but after a few days we got the hang of it! We appreciate Alan with his quick response and making us feel welcomed! We would definitely return!!

Summary: The accommodations at this Lake House on Hayden Lake was unbelievable!!!! The pantry was so well stocked! Anything you would ever need was there!!! Having the dock was absolutely fantastic. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle board and boating was a hit!!! Beach towels provided!!! Our host Alan was great answering any questions I had before and during the our vacation😊
