Positive: The location was great.

Negative: When we got there the beautiful fireplace did not work. I called and was told a local representative would contact me. That never happened. I realize you were just coming out of winter, but the whole property needs a serious cleaning.

Summary: We had a nice stay there, except for the above mentioned.
