Summary: The condo has all of the basics for a great alternative to camping in the area. Really nice to have access to the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Walkable to lake shore and Rancheria campground. Easy parking. A bit dated but wasn't expecting pristine and updated accommodations at a lake house. Our group of 4 adults and 1 teen

Summary: I only wish there was a screen on the sliding door, as it was warm this week and upstairs inside is warm. I couldn’t open the downstairs window either. So it was too warm for me to sleep well too. Also better lighting is needed throughout. Super hard to read with the lighting. Some ceiling lights out, bedside didn’t have a 3-way bulb. But this is all minor to everything else being so great!

Summary: I’ve stayed in these condos for over 25 years. This one was billed as recently remodeled. While clean, unit is older (appliances, furnishings, bathrooms. All in all a good location for our vacation.

Summary: This condo was perfect for my family of four. We were 5minutes from China Peak where we snowboarded for two days. Condo was clean when we got there, had a well equipped kitchen and upgraded bathrooms. The sunken living room was a good spot to relax after a day on the slopes. The Owner was very helpful when we had trouble finding the place due to all the snow. We would come here again, perfect for a ski trip.

Summary: This was the third Lakeshore condo that my family has stayed in and it was definitely the best of the three. The owner clearly made an effort to upgrade the property (and at considerable expense) before he put it up for rent. The bathrooms, kitchen, and floors were refurbished and the place was freshly painted. There was a lot of new furniture too and the barbecue was top notch too. In fact, I'm going to buy a Char-Broil grill myself one of these days. I've probably overlooked some of the renovations, like perhaps the HVAC system which we didn't use or maybe a new water heater, but overall the owner did a very good job bringing this property up to spec.
