Ponderosa pines tower nearby while you contemplate the day – in the summer, will it be mountain biking at the China Peak Mountain Bike Park, only 2.5 miles away? Hiking a nearby trail? Swimming in the lake? You’re only 0.5 mile to to China Peak Landing marina. Your condo also gives you access to a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and basketball court. In the winter, you’ve got China Peak Ski Resort on your doorstep, only two miles away.
Back inside, get acquainted with your woodsy, comfortable condo, starting with the kitchen, which offers all the appliances and gadgets you need to cook up some breakfast. Once the crew is up and ready to eat, move over to the adjacent dining area for four or down a few steps to the eating nook in the living room. Load up the dishwasher and it’s time to head out and explore.
After a day outside, head home and get that pellet stove crackling while you make dinner and the rest of the group gathers on the sofas for a little streaming TV on the flatscreen. Before long it’s time for bed, and you’ll have no problem convincing the littles to jump into the fun bunks in the common area. Summary: Great rental unit for the price. Little far away from the amenities but because of this you also feel a sense of privacy. We went during the week which meant less occupancies, however, construction noises from other units woke us up every morning. Trucks, chainsaws, chippers, etc. Would have preferred the sounds of Stellar's Jays and Chickarees. In all, it was a nice stay.

Summary: Very convenient to marina and hiking. Kitchen has everything you need and we took advantage of pool and hot tub everyday. Clean linens and bathrooms and thick bath towels

Summary: The house/condo is comfortable and cozy. Two HUGE disappointments were that the shared hot tub was out of order (had been for over 2 months) and vacasa did not inform us of the "temporary closure". Also, unfortunately one of the comforters on the bed had a huge dried throw up circles on the underside. It was absolutely disgusting. Honestly, though the house, location, and vacation was still wonderful....just a couple of big bummers!
