Positive: We cooked breakfast for ourselves with things provided by the host, which was great. We heard on other reviews no oil s & p so we brought those. We ate out for the other meals. We had trouble with the lock at first, but even more trouble trying to change it to a personal one so in the end, just fig it out! HAAAATED the laundry stuff in the bedroom, so moved that out of there & linens all smelled of FABREEZE, so was hard on allergies we don't use scented stuff - Aired out the rooms. The common areas don't have shades/window coverings off putting in the early mornings or running to the bathroom at night - looks like you are really up there in pics, but you are not! Not as isolated as pics showed, also the stairs were HARD on me, thought there was an easier entrance, my fault on that...good stuff: Loved the art work, location, the nicely appt kitchen and comfy living room, Orcasopoly was fun to play (we ordered our own now!) the bird songs were amazing!!
Negative: The stairs and messy deck, it was slippery with pollen - the furniture was unusable outside - no curtains or shades that I could lower at all at night - the floors were sticky - looked clean but made a sound with every single step even though we were careful wiping feet (we live in the woods, 2 1/2 acres and am careful about bringing things in from outside) the lock was annoying but we figured it out...the TV took three remotes to control - with only a sentance in the booklet to explain "turn on the tv with the remote" or something - needed to be more user friendly - we had to call Vacasa over the TV, we read in the guestbook someone stayed a few days and never got it to work.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay because it was quiet and a good location. Not for us though -

Positive: The location was perfect and it had everything we needed for our stay.
Negative: The door code was too long to remember, so if we got locked out without our phones, we would have been out of luck.

Positive: We loved the location and the layout of the home. It was quiet and had nice privacy. A very short walk to Rosario resort, which was closed. The labeled cabinets were helpful. Super comfortable for three people. Nice, spacious kitchen also.
Negative: The only drawback was we had a hard time determining which room to take for the master and which to give our son. We realized afterward the room we selected has a large cutout at ceiling level. This was only an issue when the dishwasher was running as there was no buffer for the sound. Couples may also want to take this into consideration for other reasons. :)
Summary: We really enjoyed the Treehouse and would definitely stay there again.
