Positive: Gorgeous property and impeccably maintained! Wonderful pool, porch, plenty of towels, clean and friendly. The grounds are wonderful!

Negative: Parking is a little tough but not horrible.

Positive: Everything! The porch was lovely! Plenty of towels and coffee, which was appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for the condiments. Sugar, coffee creamer. And, of course, the filtered water. Bed comfortable. And of course, the close proximity to Duval and water front. We took the Key West Express so very convenient. Would definitely stay here again. Next time I'll bring my husband. This time was myself and a girlfriend.

Negative: Please put the name of the Hotel in the description as well. The Island city Hotel. That was confusing. Also, I'm not sure if it was mentioned there would be an email with code for door. I missed it anyway. And when I got to the island I had no service or very limited. Anyway, we were able to get in the unit with help from front desk. Someone was parked in loading zone. Then, I ended up in resident parking for 10 minutes or less. In the end, we managed. I know it's Key West. Plus, Eaton Street was closed. So I m sure that didn't help. I know these things are out of your control. But with all that said, it was an awesome stay, and I would definitely book again.

Positive: Great location. Easy walk to the free hop on hop off bus. If bus wasn't practical it was an easy walk to restaurants and activities.

Negative: I was only able to stay two nights. I wanted three nights but only two nights were available. I had to switch to a hotel for the third night.

Summary: Convenient location in a safe quiet neighborhood.
