Summary: We loved everything about this property. The location is ideal as it's only a half block off Duval street yet still has an abundance of privacy. We enjoyed both patio areas. It's a great vibe among the trees. The pool area was also great. I highly recommend this property to any future visitors.

Summary: Rose Lane Villas are in an excellent location - nestled between Simonton and Duval Streets. Our unit was very clean and perfect for our needs. The staff is very responsive. It is great having a pool right there as well. If I were to describe this property with one word, it would be tired. With a bit of polishing, Rose Lane would be outstanding. Right now, it doesn't meet that standard. That said, I would return for a third visit!
