Positive: The owners were friendly and check in was easy. The inn is rustic and homey, very comfortable, quiet and with beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed meeting Spike the cat and playing cards in the evening.

Negative: I wouldn't change anything.

Positive: We went to Cape Smokey to ski and the location of Island Inn could not have been more convenient: it is a 5 minute drive away. Breakfast was a huge bonus and so was the cabinet full of board games for the kids - a lot of family quality time. Very friendly and helpful owners and an on-site cat was a big hit!

Summary: Excellent stay. Would stay again for sure!

Positive: The location was perfect for our stop off after a long drive on the Cabot Trail. Tracey was lovely and very accommodating, we really appreciated the breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends as well.
