Positive: Great staff and good place to stay. View was incredible but I was only there from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and didn't have time to relax and enjoy. Price for a night is up there, but then it was prime Cabot Trail season and you do get a private cabin so can't complain. Overall very good.

Negative: Would have liked something a little better for coffee in the room - on my first attempt the bag with the grounds in it was torn right from the get go and all I ended up with was a mess. Perhaps a Keurig with K cups would be easier to make and tastier.

Positive: The view from this property is INCREDIBLE, right on the water and it was peak fall colours at the time of our trip.

Negative: The parking situation was a bit complicated - tight, narrow roads and difficult to get in and out of. As other reviewers have mentioned, the smell of the cleaning chemical was a bit overwhelming.
