Summary: The third-floor Bracy Room is too small for the price—no table, chair, desk or wastebasket. Also, no water in the cold tap at the basin (the shower was fine). The bed was comfortable. As expected, the floorboards in an old house are creaky.

Summary: Attractive renovation of an old inn. 3rd floor walkup was inconvenient. Windows didn't open. On site breakfast cafe was very good.

Summary: The staff were very helpful as I am somewhat handicapped and needed assistance with our luggage. Ipswich is a very interesting historic town and the cafe at the Inn served excellent food.

Summary: Interesting history and lovely spaces.Bed was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was a bit noisy.Would prefer to be able to open windows. Cafe food was excellent and stalff were very accomadating and efficient. Did wonder about the unattended entrances, open to anyone.
