Positive: The room was really nicely decorated and spacious. Parking was very convenient and enough spots for all guests. A lot of thought had clearly gone into the house in general.
Negative: If you get one of the rooms on the upper floors, you will need to carry your bags up a set of very steep stairs. It was a bit unnerving that you never met any staff, and that access to the building was not secure.

Positive: Beautifully redone, rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Staff are remote but accessible via text. Codes key locks made in and out easy. Plenty of parking and good location for exploring this area of New England.
Negative: The cafe was closed, which made breakfast a walk to a nearby bakery. Self serve coffee was a good nonetheless.
