Positive: I liked the room and the staff was very nice.

Negative: I wanted to leave at 7 but check out was at 8 but there is no desk to check out at. I tried calling but no one answered, there is an innkeeper but all I was told was that they were upstairs. I left the key with another set and left the front door open cause I didnt know what to do.

Positive: The Inn sits near the Great Egg Harbor River. It was beautiful. I was able to get my daily walks in, quiet neighborhood nearby.

Summary: It was quiet after the restaurant closed, the staff was very accommodating. I will certainly book there again!

Positive: Quaint inn with attached bar and restaurant. Recently renovated, but the rooms remain original-ish. Great setting on the water, very busy on the weekends, so make reservations for dinner.

Negative: Abbott room: The shower valve handle was very loose and your only choices for water were hot and hotter. Similarly, the sink in room only seemed to give hot water once the cooler water in the pipes ran through. Breakfast nook needs work. The Keurig doesn't seem to work unless you unplug and replug it in, and wait for it to reset. The supplies were all low...Splenda, sugar, creamer, etc. Trash needed emptying.

Positive: The staff is very nice. Didn't have their breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning.

Negative: The house is quite old, everything squeaks. Door is hard to unlock using the key. A bit expensive for what they are offering.
