Positive: The first thing I encountered was the staff. Protective of their property (I was in my car waiting to check in) but friendly and professional. I did not ask to check in early as the policy is stated on the website, but I was invited to check in a bit early. Staff was warm, friendly, and very accommodating!
Negative: The heat didn't work, but TO BE FAIR...it's April and the least little change in temp makes me cold. They could have had the heat off for the spring/summer. And I didn't report it so no blame to the property.
Summary: Clean, safe, comfortable, and away from the nonsense.

Positive: When checking in, the front desk clerk Sandra was very welcoming and informative. It was nice to check in with someone that loved her job and didn't feel like it was a bother. The beds were absolutely amazing to sleep on and the TV had a great picture. When we came back from our night out we were able to heat our food up in the lobby which I appreciated. I didn't catch that young lady's name but she was very hospitable as well. I will be coming back this summer because Sandra said she's going to make jerk chicken on the grill. And I love your chicken.
Negative: What I didn't like was that the refrigerator did not work at all. There was not a microwave in the room so we had to go to the front desk to heat up food. After we checked in and got settled I did go back to the front desk but no one was available so we went out for our outing. When we came back the evening clerk they let us come in and heat up our food and I advised her that we didn't have a microwave at all and that the refrigerator was not working. She said she will make a note of it.
Summary: I would definitely stay at this establishment again. Very nice staff.
