Summary: I payt.. And i have different criditcart.. and my bank i Denmark was confirmed.. it, but.. the way thaty ditten want to recognize..it. what a bad service. I will make a case of it now. my lawyer has been contacted, and my bank has confirmed. payment has been made. So I am deeply disappointed. But receipts will prove it, with my lawyer, with time and effort and evidence, show. Now I don't have to have any more difficulties. Because I only book with your app. So I expect you to know what you are doing. Thank you, it will take time.

Summary: I had a bad check out experience with the receptionist. He refused to give me my money back for the towel, but I am positive he never gave me receipt. I have the tax receipt in a folder, but never got a receipt for the towel and I remember giving him 20 euros and him giving me 10 euros back for change. He changed his story 5 times. I got the manager from the restaurant who tried to help, but once he left Paco just kept changing his story. Neither of his books have a receipt for my room either. I returned the towel. I did not get my money. Instead, he said to me, "Aren't you going to take a shower?" I don't think you should have dishonest and rude people working at the front desk. Everything else was fine, but this was unnecessary and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Summary: My friend and me stayed 9 days at the Ibiza Twiins Hotel. It was amazing! We were there for party so the hotel was very good at daylight for relaxing. It did not only look beautiful, i felt like home. The staff was so friendly, everything was super clean and the food was good. I would definitely book this hotel again!

Summary: Modern and clean hotel, really helpful staff. The reception is very busy they probably can have more people there, any time I went there was a bit of a wait, and a couple of times when I called I couldn't get through to anyone. Otherwise the breakfast has fantastic options. The room is spacious and feels clean. We had a beautiful view of the water too.
