Positive: Oh my, where to begin with this stunning villa and its oh, so gracious host; Ramon. Between the few of us staying we've been to Ibiza a few time & wanted something with a little more of a 'stay at home' feel to be able to enjoy when we so chose. Villa Floramar blew that out of the water. We could have (and did on some days) just sat and looked out over the bay for hours on end, listening to distant music and the sound of the water and birds. The added bonus of the sea access made it all the more special. The villa is bigger than pictured, and looks more stunning in person (especially with the surprise of the lounge floor!!!). Really comfy sofa, well equipt kitchen, and just fabulous outside spaces (plural) so no matter if you want to chill on a daybed or sun yourself on a lounger it has you covered. The main bedroom has (I'd say) a UK Queen size of bed, and 2nd bedroom has a small UK double. The mattress on the double SO comfy, just a shame the room could not accomodate a larger bed. However, another super comfy daybed in a 3rd room (small office/chill out room), meant the 4 of us all had somewhere comfy to sleep. A little nervous at booking through the letting agent due to bank transfers and the large deposit (but this is to be expected in Ibiza where I'm sure some people are just not as respectful as they should be). Anyway communication put us at ease and their offer of a 'fill the fridge' service all added to the relaxed and special feel to the place. Local area lovely and neighbourly - quiet neighbourhood but very easy to either walk to Talamanca for bars & restaurants or get cabs to other parts of the Island. Our last comment is to Ramon, such a sweet and helpful man, allowing us to store luggage on our departure day and was so helpful and accomodating in entrusting us with his beautiful home.
