Positive: This property is perfectly set up for families or couples travelling together with four ensuite bedrooms being an absolute luxury. The home is charming and welcoming. The location and outlook is beautiful and very peaceful. Both indoor and outdoor spaces to rest or socialise are plentiful, comfortable and well appointed. The living and bedroom furniture is very comfortable. Kitchen and pantry essentials were supplied making travel and in-house cooking much easier. The fireplace is gorgeous as is the Falcon cooker. I particularly enjoyed the owners attention to detail and her eye for styling. Truly a wonderful home in which to stay.

Negative: I loved absolutely everything about this property.

Positive: It is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at. It was so close to so many great wineries/ hikes but we easily could have just spent the whole weekend at the accomodation, it was gorgeous. Having the fire pit already set was so thoughtful and the house was so beautifully furnished. It was fenced and had everything we needed. It is clear Lisa puts alot of thought into hosting and it made for a great trip. Being pet friendly is important to our group of dog lovers and made it stand out against other accomodations. My group all said we’d love to come back.

Negative: The pillows were agreed to be a bit thick, but that is personal preference.

Summary: Our group had a relaxing stay, close to everything and the setting was really gorgeous.

Positive: Property was well located with with small grocery store, fuel station plus pub which served great meals and some fabulous vineyards in driving distance also fabulous. The hosts went above and beyond with stocking extra items in the fridge and pantry and also providing plenty of plates, serving platters etc. We visited in the middle of winter and temps got quite low, but the house and beds where very warm and cosy with and added bonus of a beautiful fireplace and plenty of wood to use if needed.

Negative: That we had to leave.

Positive: The accommodation was stunning, with four ensuite bedrooms, a really well fitted out kitchen, comfy lounge room, and plenty of outdoor seating so we could make the most of the beautiful surroundings. Lisa provided lots of information and was on hand if we needed anything.
