Positive: The room was clean and matched the photos. It was in good condition and comfortable for our stay. The communication with the owner was excellent! They sent a lot of useful information in advance via WhatsApp, including recommendations for places to visit, restaurants, and other tips. They were also very responsive to messages.

Negative: Although the room itself was fine, the hotel building looked quite old and worn out. The common areas were dirty, and there were dead bugs and cockroaches everywhere, which was unpleasant.

The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and new how to navigate around. They alerted us of what we needed on the way up due to the remoteness of the location as well. It was the perfect getaway for a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

Positive: The host took effort to make the place more cozy to make up for its low quality furnishings.

Negative: The price of the accommodation doesn’t justify the quality provided. The furnishings are low quality, and sub standard, especially the beds. I will only pay half of the price charged for what was offered. There is also a hefty deposit fee of RM200 required, which I think isn’t necessary given the high price of the accommodation.

Summary: Way too expensive for the quality of the accommodation. Will not be staying there again
