Positive: The location is strategic, very convenient to nearby restaurant. Suitable for small family for 4 to 6 pax. The kitchen well equiped with kitchenware, microwave and fridge.

Negative: The upstair toilet without toilet bowl, only have urinal bowl, so female not suitable to use that toilet. Sometimes the water heater not functionable. No hot water after 8pm.

Summary: Comfortable and peace of mind for the trip.

Positive: The view was good. .

Negative: **My comments are not for condemnation but for the improvements** 1. I couldn't get a response from the caretaker for the pin no for the mailbox to collect my keys. I have msg and call the caretaker but no repond. The guard helped me with that. Thanks to the malay lady guard! 2. The bedsheet needs to wash and changed. There was a powder mark on the bedsheet, and the bedsheet had old stuff smell. 3. The kitchenette was not well equipped for cooking. There's only 1 knife, and it's blunt. No tea cup or mug for hot water use. 4. Towels are old. You know by the colour of the towel 5. I asked the host whether the property had a rice cooker. The host did not reply to my question. Instead, the host shared other check-in rules. Btw, there's no rice cooker in the property. 6. Some of the lights are not functioning. Balcony and room wall lights.

Negative: The unit and building not maintained properly. There is mold all over the ceilings in the bedroom and living room. They need to redo the place. Fixtures are old, the front door lock can be easily be broken, the bathroom and floors not that clean. The apartment could be amazing if they would renovate it. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Positive: The house has a green mountain view, was lucky to watch hornbill flying. It has enough utensils to cook simple meal for dinner. Easy to reach the house using lift.

Negative: Will be better if provided in house slippers as the floor was cold.

Positive: very good view, kitchen had all essentials required to fix a meal. Overall very comfortable. Enjoyed ourselves and see us coming back for more.

Negative: maintenance could be better although unit was clean. Needs a bit of refreshing to make it even better.
