It has a kitchenette, a full size bed, bathroom and a screened in porch. There is also an outdoor charcoal grill and outdoor shower for your personnel use.

Summary: The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet but convenient to the attractions of Chincoteague and the refuge. We enjoyed staying there very much and would recommend.One suggestion: If possible, a recycling bin would be very useful.

Summary: The location of this property was perfect. Though it was nestled near neighbors, it was quiet and felt private. We were able to ride our bikes into town easily and didn’t have to drive during our stay. Great accommodation for a low-hassle trip. We brought our own bedding and towels.

Summary: Great private place! Love how it's just a few minutes from main Street and the beach! Front porch is great for eating outside without having to worry about the mosquitoes bitting! Highly recommend this place! We definitely will be staying again!

Summary: I chose the Hideaway Cottage for it's amazing reviews and reasonable price. Now I know why... charming cottage, wonderful screened-in porch, inside and outside shower, clean, tucked away, cared for and built with a lot of TLC, awesome owner. I will definitely come here again!
