Summary: We had 25 people total and we had so much space! The house had plenty of dishes, serveware, cups, towels, etc. Beautiful and would 100x stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful house and a great location. Was perfect for our large family vacation with adults teenagers and children. Sleeping accommodations fit us all. Pool was perfect with shallow and deep areas for all ages to play. Very well stocked kitchen for cooking large meals. The only minor complaint would be curtains in the bedrooms are too sheer and let in too much light from street and pool lights.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The house was everything we expected and more. Everything was well stocked. They even had crock pots! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub were amazing with plenty of room for our whole group. The elevator was very useful for my senior parents. The bunks were nice, each having their own tv and privacy curtain. Overall the perfect place for our multiple family group!

Summary: This property is amazing. The owner /host Andrew was amazing. The refrigerator on the 2nd floor was not working nor the elevator. But they sent someone over right away for the elevator and that gentlemen was even amazing.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at Splash! and couldn’t be happier with our experience, largely thanks to our incredible host, Andrew. From the very beginning, Andrew was responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect. Any small questions that came up were handled immediately, which made the entire experience completely stress free. He went above and beyond to offer helpful tips before and during our trip.The property itself was better than we could have imagined! Clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable and fun stay. Every room had what seemed like the perfect setup up for our group which included couples, singles and families with kids of all ages! The location was perfect. Very quiet, close to the beach and restaurants. The pool is one of the most fun we have ever had in a VRBO and the views are great incredible!If you’re considering staying at Splash!, don’t hesitate. Andrew is attentive, professional, welcoming, and truly outstanding. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

The pool was a game changer and definitely needed given the size of our party. I loved that all the bedrooms had king beds and their own bathrooms! We would love to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone. One small (1st world problem) was that there was an A/C company, a pool company as well as a tree trimming company that showed up unannounced. Wish we would have been given a heads up or those services would have been scheduled when we were not there. Other than that 10/10!

Summary: ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The most amazing house!! We held our joint bachelor and bachelorette trip with 26 of our friends and our wedding reception with about 60 people, I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was spotless and beautiful. The owner’s communication was easy and so kind. There was so much room, the house was bigger than expected!! The check-in and check-out process was easy! Meeting Andrew at the property for check-in was great as there is so much to know about (like the speakers inside and outside). The pictures do not do the house justice, it was beyond what I imagined. I hope to stay again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone!! Thank you so much for the best week ever!!
