Summary: Everything was perfect..Even better than the last time we stayed in the room.We were greeted via vrbo text. This will be a room we will most definitely stay in again.Being one of the first to stay in this rental, it has only gotten to be a more enjoyable stay.

Summary: I needed somewhere to stay overnight close to Monmouth and this was a great option. The studio had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Beautifully decorated and very clean. It felt very private and was easy to access.

Summary: 2nd time we’ve stayed and will definitely stay again. We enjoy Independence! Very clean and well apportioned inside, outside is a little unkept. Looks like a work in progress.

Summary: The owner was nice to let us have our dog, which is larger than 20 pounds. What we didnt like was the property was right on the main road through town, so lots of traffic. But there was a nice quite park just down the block. There is a very large, like 20ft tall, monster in the front yard, which was weird, looks like groot but scary face. The power went out for about 10-15 minutes, which felt very uneasy and unsafe while we tried to reach the owner to let him know. It's a older house, built in 1895, and being improved on. The back yard was mostly a mess and there was a lot of junk around the back yard, but the inside was new and renovated.
