Positive: I did not have breakfast there. Location was fair to decent.

Negative: When I first showed up there were people in the parking lot that one could have considered less than desirable.

Summary: Older rooms in need of some maintenance. However it was clean and comfortable.

Positive: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations of were to eat. Room was clean, great size and the solid blind was fantastic for morning sun blocked out.

Negative: Wasn’t unhappy with anything

Positive: The manager was kind and kept the office open for me since I had a late flight from PDX and was going to be in a little after 10. He put in the effort to help me and I am so grateful for that. (Thank you). The bed was a nice size and clean, no bugs etc which is the most important thing to me. It was very close to the WOU campus and I just needed a place to crash for a night. It's a motel not a hotel and for the price, I thought it was fine and did the trick.

Negative: The traffic noise is pretty loud but once I turned the heater on it drowned that out. Dispensers were out of some soaps. Also, if you are exceptionally tall the shower head I had was pretty low and one might have trouble washing their hair. Lol

Summary: Grateful for managers help which was above and beyond
