Positive: The place was amazing, especially for nature lovers. The room was spacious, clean and fully equipped, with a TV, Netflix, and even karaoke. All the kitchen utensils are also there.The surroundings offered privacy and tranquility, making it perfect for those who enjoy nature and wanted to have a short getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. I’m very satisfied and will definitely come back again! U can rent an ATV's nearby or just simply ask the host. They will assist you. They are very friendly and helpful.

Negative: nothing. everything is perfect and literally worth every penny !

Positive: Friendly owner, good BBQ equipment, nice small pool, clean beds.

Negative: The interior of the accommodation is beautiful, but the surrounding area is overgrown with weeds. It's not near the river, and walking there is risky due to stray dogs. We had to drive to another private riverside spot to play in the water, but we were worried about being chased away by others.

Positive: Perfect for my small family (5 of us). Fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast. One of the best private tiny villas in Janda Baik. About 150m walk to the river. Would definitely come again. Looking forward to try the next unit, it looks unique!

Positive: 1.Switched on air cond & fan b4 guests arrived, thoughtfull. 2.It is an instagramable photogenic design unit, all photos taken in & out side are beutiful. 3.Easy to check in, informative for surrounding and eating places. 4.Responsive

Negative: 1.This unit is too small for 7pax, only suitable for 4 pax. 2.The extra beds are mattresses, not beds, misleading. Guest using extra bed have to sleep on floor. 3.Should have all the things we requested ready (bed sheets for extra mattress etc) 4.One glance is clean but didn't pay attention to details. Stain on the toilet basin, dusty at the corners & edges. Should not recyle guests' room slippers for hygeine purposes.
