Positive: We loved the setting and the beauty of the surroundings. We loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The bed was comfortable and facilities were good. We really enjoyed being surrounded by nature. We also had fun playing pool, table tennis and giant chess!

Negative: At first there seemed to be no hot water in the bathroom. However, when I asked about it, the staff changed the gas bottle downstairs and then the water was hot. Similarly the remote control for the fan didn't work, but just needed the batteries to be changed. The hotel food was a little expensive - but the staff advised that we could order Grab food, which we did. It took a while to come, as the place is remote, but it was worth the wait.

Positive: Breakfast and room are ok. Natural environment, peace and silent.

Negative: I booked a room for 2 people at RM350 per night, which felt quite expensive for what was offered. The valley is great if you love peace and nature, but it’s not really my cup of tea. It’s located quite far from the main road—you have to drive over 2 km in and out, and the road is very dark at night. There are no shops or restaurants nearby, and even the valley itself doesn’t sell any food. The facilities were disappointing—dirty, broken, and not well-maintained. I didn’t feel comfortable spending time in the facility areas. On top of that, the reception was unattended at night, so there was no service at all during those hours. Overall, not the best experience, especially for the price. Wont coming back again.
