Negative: The place was not like the picture. The double room with balcony was not in the main building and the standard was quite poor.

Positive: I liked the views and tranquility that comes with it, a lot of greenery. The room is also very clean for a place in the forest.

Negative: The checkin is in a different location as the unit, but also the way to head in is quite lengthy so avoid going at night. The chickens also start clucking right next to your bedroom before 6am just FYI as well incase you are not an early waker. At night, the lobby and stairs are also filled with insects and ants (?) but they don't go into the room so that's overall okay. Overall with the price I expected much better but I enjoyed the stay.

Positive: We loved the setting and the beauty of the surroundings. We loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The bed was comfortable and facilities were good. We really enjoyed being surrounded by nature. We also had fun playing pool, table tennis and giant chess!

Negative: At first there seemed to be no hot water in the bathroom. However, when I asked about it, the staff changed the gas bottle downstairs and then the water was hot. Similarly the remote control for the fan didn't work, but just needed the batteries to be changed. The hotel food was a little expensive - but the staff advised that we could order Grab food, which we did. It took a while to come, as the place is remote, but it was worth the wait.
