Summary: The hotel and room was very nice. Now that Pennsylvania Ave is closed, protestors stop at the corner in front of the hotel. We needed to leave for the airport and the police shut the street down just as the valet brought our car to let a stream of protestors walk to the corner. I told the police we needed to leave to go to the airport, but they could care less. Protestors have more rights than hotel guests. Unfortunately due to this location ,which isn’t the hotels fault, I’ll not stay here again.

Summary: Bed needed a new mattress. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. Very small room for the cost. When I went down to breakfast, hostess wanted to make me wait because I didn’t have a reservation. Second hostess intervened and gave me a table. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and always had a better experience. They need to up their game.
