Summary: Bed needed a new mattress. Coffee maker in room didn’t work. Very small room for the cost. When I went down to breakfast, hostess wanted to make me wait because I didn’t have a reservation. Second hostess intervened and gave me a table. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times in the past and always had a better experience. They need to up their game.
