Positive: Central, new, great products and beds, corner suite can be combined with room next door to become two bedrooms with a lobby (not connecting doorrs. Also got a super early check in.

Positive: Very comfortable and clean hotel. A little bit of a walk to the MTR (metro) but generally well placed to see the main sites and taxis are plentiful.

Negative: When we arrived the reception staff did not provide much information about the services the hotel offered. We were waiting for our room to be ready and no one came to tell us when it was even though they knew we were waiting.

Positive: Convenient location. Rooms were very comfortable . Nice ambience in the lobby area/dining area. Coffee and snacks in lobby seemed overpriced to me. Went out for coffee instead of staying in.

Negative: Wardrobe space in rooms was not great and space to place suitcase was cramped too. Made it a little inconvenient at time. A chair with a higher back in the room would be nice to do some work.

Positive: Very smart hotel; nicely designed and in a great location. And all the staff we encountered were fantastic.

Negative: The room we stayed in was quite small but all very chic so for us best suited to a short stay

Positive: The location, decor, great vibe and the fabulous terrace. Picked from online booking company and it has truly surpassed expectations.

Negative: We were here for New Year so colder time of year and our room was quite cool despite fiddling with the thermostat on the wall. A very minor issue in the grand scheme of things and the cooler room made for a great nights sleep.
