Summary: The location was everything as advertised: great food, entertainment and convenient to all of Hong Kong. Also, Metro just a couple of blocks away. Our host, Shanshan was always available and ready to help with our needs; very gracious. If a problem came up, she got it fixed right away. The apartment was spic and span and well provided and the neighborhood friendly. Definitely a good value.

Summary: Our stay was 4 days. The apartment is in a fantastic location surrounded by bars, restaurants and supermarkets. All of the amenities work effiently. If, as we were, you are not used to the smallish style apartments of HK, you may be a little daunted initially, but after living in the apartment for the first day, everything was great. Wan Chai MTR is around a 5 minute walk away and from there, you can go anywhere in HK or the mainland! The apartment is very secure with 24 hour concierge and electronic locking systems. Each bedroom and the living areas are air conditioned. We felt safe and comfortable at all times. Shanshan arranged for us to self check in as we arrived late in the evening. We only had 1 issue with the stay and it was regarding the WiFi. But after contacting Shanshan, we were given directions to sort the matter out. The WiFi is very fast. Shanshan is very attentive and welcoming and provided many ideas and valuable pieces of information which all helped to make our time in the apartment very relaxed. This was a great stay.

Summary: We recently stayed at Shanshan's apartment and everything was wonderful. The apartment is very clean and the decor is very modern. We had no problems with the apartment and would recommend to anyone staying in hong kong the size of the apartment is very good for hong kong standards and can comfortably accommodate 6 people without any problems. On arrival everything is as Shanshan describes and she is very helpful and accessible through whatsapp or mobile phone. whenever we needed to contact her which was never during our stay in hong kong, because she is such a great host, but replies were very quick and any information you need Shanshan is eager to help with that. The apartment has a very helpful folder with information about the apartment and amenities, it also provides information about surrounding areas and a food guide that is filled with must try cuisine when in hong kong. Overall our stay was very pleasant the apartment is in a very good location which made travelling around hong kong very easy and convenient. Shanshan has been a delight to deal with and is very helpful but not intrusive and I am sure anyone would appreciate the time and effort Shanshan puts in with her guests. I would just like to thank her again for accepting our booking on such short notice and making sure our stay at her apartment went smoothly. Although we never met her, which is not a problem, her approach to hosting is perfect and would definitely be contacting her next time we are in Hong Kong. Summary: Shanshan and Andrew were such a nice and helpful host. The room was so clean and provided with everything you need and surrounding with many restaurants. Near exhibition center, subway and 7-11. The beds were comfy and everything in the room was in a good condition. Bathroom is small but very clean. Perfect for 3 persons!! We will definitely stay here for our future trip to HK!!
