Positive: The host was responsive to all my questions and was nice as well. The unit was clean, looks exactly as it does in the photos, don't really have any major complaints. We had a nice stay and would come back.

Negative: at first we had little issue with the TV not connecting to the wifi and it got fixed

Positive: Unit is beautiful and customer support is very kind and professional. Communication was super easy too, they gave clear instructions for getting to the apartment. That's why I will be coming back. Good decision to pick their unit – thanksss.

Positive: The unit looks exactly like the photos presented. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Water pressure & water heater is good as well. Bed and other items are decorated nicely. Marked it as my favorite for future trips!

Negative: the TV was working but the remote ran out of battery so we asked for a new one.

Positive: I tried to rent this flat as I had found some good reviews about it. Good thing that I didn’t change my mind. The apartment had a very clean bedroom and living area. The bathroom was functional compared to other flats I used to stay in recently. Kitchen was also convenient in terms of its appliances and materials. Very good for managing this flat! I had a wonderful one..

Negative: My stay at this flat doesn’t have any concerns. They were good at assisting me.

Positive: We liked the location and its proximity to numerous bus stops, as well as Homerton station. We didn’t meet the staff but they were very responsive and helpful via texts. The washing machine and the well working heating are definitely a plus!

Negative: Some basic cooking spices and oils as well as kitchen cleaning products would have been appreciated. The flat isn’t as new as pictured anymore.
