Positive: A great location close to everything. Parking was easy and included. Clean room with everything you could need including umbrellas. Complimentary tea and coffee all day and delicious cookies on offer in the afternoon. Great breakfast options and they were able to accommodate gluten free. Comfortable beds and a deep bath tub made our stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Positive: The building was beautiful, breakfast was awesome and staff were all very polite and helpful.

Negative: The pillows were too high for us, we used towels to sleep on instead. Next time we will bring our won.

Positive: We liked the little patio near the garden. It was a nice quiet place to enjoy a glass of wine away from the busy streets. The location is perfect, and we liked that we had reserved parking in this busy area.

Negative: They used portable A/C units to cool the room. There were 2 units but only 1 worked. We called the front desk and staff came by to reset the unit. It worked for about 10 minutes, then quit working again. Both units were very loud and the entire setup ruined the whole feel of the room. We also were concerned about security as these units required the windows to be open and unlocked - this was a ground floor unit. For this kind of price point, we expect much more.
