Summary: I rented this home as a 3-generations girls’ trip to fulfill my lifelong dream of visiting the island where Anne of Gables came to life. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! This home was built for entertaining with a luxuriously huge kitchen- my girls loved the hidden huge pantry! Great spacious bedrooms and super clean throughout the home which still felt brand new. A few questions I had were immediately responded to. And when I was looking for Tupperware and couldn’t find any, the thoughtful owner surprised me and bought new containers and left out at the front porch for us to find! PEI is such a wonderful vacation spot and when I come back again someday we will want to stay at this property again! (Only tiny bummer was that the house is built close to a highway and we could hear the traffic overnight a bit, but I don’t think they can do much about that except maybe more rugs on the floors to absorb the sound.)

Summary: Spacious, new home. Very clean upon arrival and host was responsive and accommodating to our needs. Instructions were left for TVs and stove which was appreciated. Host also provided garage door opener if we wanted to park inside. Playground across the street was helpful since house backs on to highway. Master bed was very comfortable; other beds would benefit from mattress pads and cotton sheets. Bathrooms could use more supplies too (e.g., more towels, extra TP, tissues, and bar of soap). Kitchen also lacked some staples for those intending to do their own cooking (e.g., frying pan, rubber spatula, olive oil.) Overall it was a great stay. A few small improvements would easily make this five stars.
