Positive: Very easy, details were provided to us via email, and the host was on location to assist if we had had problems, which we did not.

Negative: Parking is next to a fire hydrant, did not look right. Usually you must not park within 25 feet. Being a basement apartment, you limited daylight views.

Positive: This is a spacious and very comfortable apartment in suburban Charlottetown that is also an easy drive to the town centre or supermarkets. The host is very welcoming and generous with items like milk, shampoo, some fruit, laundry detergent. Communication with the host was easy and we received prompt replies re our arrival time. The apartment has its own private access and parking is available in the driveway. We really appreciate staying in an apartment with a washing machine and dryer, this apartment also has a dish washer. The bed was large and very comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment and the host.
