Positive: Lovely downstairs spacious clean cottage, beds are very comfy with all you need for a getaway great shower, too . We had no towels the hoste dropped some off with in the hour. We would definitely stay hear again . The complimentary bottle of wine and bottle of milk was a nice gift .

Negative: Shame, no phone signal, or WiFi just meant we talked together more, which was a good thing .

Positive: Lovely location,really nice, clean, comfortable property, and the owners' will and Helen are two of the nicest people you could meet,also milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge for us on arrival. Ideally located to explore the Yorkshire Dale's, county Durham, and the lake district. Also Raby castle is a must whilst on your visit.
